I am a strong, experienced and versatile leader who has grounded experience encompassing multiple industries, methodologies and cross functional teams.

I have experience in leading test teams in waterfall, agile, scrum and hybrid development models. I have acted as a Scrum Master and assisted in the transition from more traditional methodologies to agile and scrum models.

I have successfully led on-shore, off-shore/ out-sourced testing and mixed teams (including support and technical authoring).

I bring extensive experience in process management and improvement, and have implemented processes and tools have assisted in work management and improve efficiency in all aspects of the business in which I have worked (including Project Management, Development, Testing and Support).
